Warranty Period

The warranty period for SKJ products is 12+12* (*exclusive to email subscribers) months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.


The following situations are not covered by the warranty

▪ Exceeding the validity period of the three guarantees;

▪ No order vouchers, invoices, or discrepancies between order and invoice information;

▪ Appearance and internal damage caused by human factors;

▪ Damage caused by uncontrollable factors;

▪ Any damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and adjust in accordance with the requirements of the User Manual;

▪ Malfunctions or damages caused by the forced use of this product beyond normal usage conditions;

▪ Unauthorized personnel from SKJ dismantle or repair without authorization;

▪ Malicious damage to the warranty section of the manual and product information, including vague damage, self tearing, tampering, etc;

▪ Malfunctions and damages caused by non product design, manufacturing, quality issues, etc
